Award winning, full service Marketing and Advertising company located in Downtown Tampa is seeking a Videographer/Photographer to join our innovative team. We are a group of kick ass entrepreneurial marketers who collectively gather to develop strategies that drive action. Our unique team is currently composed of over 90 individuals and growing. This opportunity is for someone who has an eye for filming, pays attention to detail in editing, moves with urgency, and most of all, has an attitude for wanting to support their team and company. We work hard, but we love what we do together every day. Candidates must have enthusiasm for storytelling and dedication to their craft.

  • Film videos in studio or on location.
  • Photograph Stills in the studio or on location.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing and basic photo retouching.
  • Understand client briefs and collaborate with creative teams to produce desired product.
  • Concept, shoot and edit social media content for a variety of verticals 
  • Craft stories through film that achieve client/Agency goals.
  • Determine which equipment is needed for all shoots.
  • Ensure equipment is present and working; handle maintenance of studio’s equipment.
  • Pack, transport, set up and tear down equipment for shoots.
  • Ability to capture film with final edit in mind.
  • Assist in planning shoots with your department.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools that will make projects more marketable.
  • Other Duties as assigned.


  • 2-3 years of comparable professional experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, determined and ambitious.
  • Must be familiar with a fast-paced, deadline driven, creative environment.
  • Proficiency with camera equipment (i.e. RED Epic, Canon 5D Mark IV, G&E, basic audio setups, etc.).
  • Understanding the production process from pre-production through post-production.
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Photoshop, etc.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
  • Creative, efficient and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work solo.
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Relative fitness and stamina to work long hours.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background.
