  • Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing and advertising initiatives and project plans to ensure that all project milestones and deliverables are completed according to schedule and budget.
  • Timeline development & management — In close collaboration with the Account Management team, be responsible for developing hourly estimates and timelines while managing tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure that all client work exceeds clients’ goals.
  • Lead end-to-end project management of creative campaigns.
  • Client interface for project briefings, and in communications where scope and/or timeline are being presented or defended.
  • Create hourly estimates for projects, and maintain awareness of agency bandwidth against those estimates.
  • Time management: must exemplify mastery at managing time and priorities on behalf of the team. With multiple projects active at any given time, the Project Manager must determine priorities from competing needs, and find the available resource to schedule and complete every project.
  • Facilitate task management, gathering assets, and resourcing the right team members to get the work done.
  • Enable a flexible agency philosophy by setting priorities with resources and team, and being nimble to re-prioritize when needed.
  • Coordinate productive workflow and communication between all departments including Account Service, Production, Creative, Social Media and Media departments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operations leadership to enhance process and efficiency across all teams.
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members to ensure progress is being met and is on-time and on-strategy.
  • In partnership with the Account team, maintain an on-going weekly status report of open and upcoming projects.
  • Manage all projects through communication, shared calendars, and Project Management tools.
  • Monitor potential areas of concern, mitigate risk, control scope, and work toward solutions with project teams when issues arise to keep projects on track.
  • Administrative asset management of client files and assets.
  • Manage vendor outreach and communication as needed for project execution.
  • Responsible for requesting, reviewing for approval and submitting any third-party vendors used on projects.
  • Creation and maintenance of ongoing updates for all client-facing and internal timelines, scopes and budgets.
  • Quality control — ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting careful quality review, checking creative and ensuring everything produced by PPK is error free.
  • Oversee the successful planning and completion of an array of projects and initiatives supporting the broader short and longer-term brand and marketing strategies.
  • Scheduling and driving post mortem project reviews and out-putting actionable items that come from learning moments.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related job experience preferred.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP Project Management Professional or similar certifications)
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
  • 3+ years of Account or Project management experience (in an advertising agency preferred)
  • Advanced understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodology (e.g. waterfall and hybrid program/project management)
  • Impeccable organizational skills, including incredible attention to detail, multitasking and time-management.
  • Excellent follow-through.
  • Apply critical thinking to everyday operational tasks.
  • Skilled in working with Clients and Team.
  • Analytical, quick thinker in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Be proactive and able to take the initiative.
  • Be organized and methodical with decision making.
  • Be able to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Travel: Periodic travel to client may be required
  • Nice to haves:
    • Industry experience in any of the following categories: Retail, Promotions, Automotive, and/or Tires
  • Ability to pass a drug screening is required.
