Award winning, full service Advertising Agency in Downtown Tampa is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our innovative team. The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting in all aspects of production shoots (pre-production, production and post production), coordinating with production crews and vendors, assisting in the coordination of production calendars and schedules, and becoming a valued member of our Production Department which ensures all shoots run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in producing, a team player mentality, and a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done. This role will report to the Director of Production & Post.

  • Helps to coordinate production shoots (photo and video) on a weekly basis.
  • Coordinates and manages small-size commercial production shoots in-studio and out in the field.
  • Works closely with the PPK Marketing Department to coordinate and manage all Marketing production shoots.
  • Acts as supporting role to Producer on mid-large size production shoots in-studio and out in the field.
  • Works directly with the Production Project Manager to schedule all creative, pre-production and client meetings.
  • Participates in daily production meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Runs errands as needed for Production shoots and studio purposes (craft services runs, crew meal pickups, loading in/out Production equipment).
  • Assists DP and Photographers in setup and breakdown of equipment.
  • Responsible for all aspects of studio/office upkeep (stocking printers, cleaning as needed, organizing equipment closet).
  • Oversees gear rental checkout process with vendors as needed, working alongside DP.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • On set experience a must
  • High interest in Production (on set and in office)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and PowerPoint
  • Pro-active thinker and problem solver as things don’t always go as planned (putting out the occasional ‘fire’).
  • Keeping a cool head in times of elevated stress, with the ability to juggle more than your plate can hold at times
  • Meeting project deadlines on the day and time they are needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license/vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background
