Award winning, full service Advertising Agency in Downtown Tampa is seeking a Paid Social Coordinator to join our innovative team. The Paid Social Coordinator is an entry level role that will work alongside the Associate Director, Paid Social, to manage all of our Clients campaign needs. The ideal candidate will have a team centric approach, has a great understanding of social media platforms and enjoys collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Become Meta Blueprint Certified (Buying) within 6 months of your employment.
  • Stay on top of social channel product offerings by regularly attending webinars, making recommendations to the internal team of opportunities.
  • Pull monthly billing reports. 
  • Pull reporting and analyze performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis leveraging excel and powerpoint. 
  • Assist in development of media strategy and building paid social media plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.).
  • Assist and review media buying across multiple social channels (META Network, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Assist team in identifying campaign optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in campaign brainstorming sessions.
  • Proofread all strategies and ads before sent to client and launch.
  • Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in creative to ensure smooth, consistent and effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with account managers for brief creation, pulling historical data and creative performance.
  • Assist in CRO audits to help clients improve their website user experience.
  • Upkeep testing documentation to measure creative testing for later implementation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; capable client presence and outstanding people skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and resourceful – able to manage multiple things at once while on deadline.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce.
  • Positive attitude.
  •  Ability to problem-solve and take initiative on projects.
  •  Must be fluent in Excel, Word and Powerpoint, understanding of data management and/or budgeting a plus.
  •  Familiarity in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recent graduate, or up to two years of industry experience preferred.
  • Relevant advertising course work and jobs/internships within the marketing industry preferred.
  • Must enjoy working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening.
