Digital Content Creator

The digital content creator will be responsible for developing internal agency marketing content and new business support materials. In this role they will work closely with a Creative Director to define and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and voice for all outward-facing agency content. This includes PPK social, graphic elements, agency blogs, case studies, creative presentations, video and pitch decks. This position will also be responsible for PPK content scheduling, platform engagement and monthly content reporting on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

We are looking for someone with a passion for design and pushing creative boundaries. Someone who is socially-savvy and understands the role timely social content plays in positioning a brand (the agency) as an industry thought-leader. Someone who is self-motivated to move the needle and challenge what’s been defined as “normal.”

Responsibilities

  • Seek and provide information to help PPK determine its position in the marketplace.
  • Design, build and maintain PPK’s and its clients social media presence (website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs.
  • Plan manage and conduct photo and video shoots. Edit and color grade footage, retouch images and work with sound.
  • Use visual effects and motion graphics software, specifically adobe after effects, to create animations, special effects and videos for advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design and/or social media role.
  • Must have an undergraduate degree in graphic design, marketing or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Proficient in G-Suite
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn platforms & best practices
  • Strong Communication, organization, and listening skills.
  • Video production and photography editing skills are preferred.
  • Portfolio is required along with a resume and social media links.
